Contract conditions and price
Every condition carries a transparent surcharge. The highest contract price — base bid + surcharges — wins.

The countdown
The sale uses a 4-minute rolling timer that resets on each new bid. It moves to a top-2 head-to-head final with a $1,000 minimum bid.
Buyers can bid by SMS. The seller may pause the sale for up to 20 minutes.
For queued or auto bids, bidders are contacted by text and email 24 hours before the auction to confirm they still want to stand by their maximum bid. Confirm and the bid stays live; decline and it is released.
