Private Treaty
A traditional private sale. Offers go directly to the seller only — buyers can add any conditions they want to their offer. No public countdown.
Selling methods
Five selling methods, grouped into Standard methods and Outside-the-box methods. Choose the approach that suits your sale with advice from your solicitor or conveyancer.
A traditional private sale. Offers go directly to the seller only — buyers can add any conditions they want to their offer. No public countdown.
An open, deadline-driven sale with a public fixed closing date, typically 1–3 weeks. Every offer and the current high are visible to all buyers. Buyers may attach any conditions, and outbid buyers are notified by text and email.
At the close, the sale uses the normal auction-countdown engine, including a top-2 head-to-head final with a $1,000 minimum bid. The seller keeps discretion to pick the best package at the close.
Buyers place bids with customisable contract conditions. Every condition carries a transparent surcharge, so the highest contract price (base bid + surcharges) wins. Open bidding — all bids visible.
The top-2 head-to-head final has a $1,000 minimum bid. Surcharge figures: TBC.
Open bidding where the seller pre-sets a simple due-diligence clause. The only negotiable conditions are the due-diligence period, penalty and settlement date; everything else is not applicable.
The top-2 head-to-head final has a $1,000 minimum bid. Penalty figures: TBC.
The semi-private variant of the treaty model. Mechanics: TBC — further details have not been confirmed.
New method fees: TBC. Surcharge, penalty and increment figures remain unconfirmed, except for the $1,000 minimum bid in the top-2 head-to-head final.
