Legal advice, conveyancing, settlement costs and any property-specific obligations are not included in the platform fee.

This is a fee comparison, not a prediction of your sale price or a promise of savings. Use a written agent quote to compare the same services, with GST included in both prices.
What stays with you?
You pay for add-ons such as signage and photography, but you’d pay for them with an agent too. You cover these costs either way, so they don’t reduce your saving on fees when you compare the same services at the same prices.

No. $99 is the platform fee for platform access and selling methods. Add-ons and third-party selling costs are extra. You may also need legal services and other property-specific expenses.
Do you charge commission when my home sells?
No. Sell My Own does not charge a percentage of the sale price and never holds deposits or sale proceeds.
